The HELP Ministry board welcomes Jackie Hannahs as the new board Vice President. Jackie has been a tireless volunteer for HELP ministry for many years and we now welcome her valuable insight into guiding the ministry.

At the monthly Board meeting of April 13, Rev. Jim Friesner regretfully submitted his resignation as president of HELP. Jim cited studies for his doctorate and demands of his church as reasons for his resigantion. The Board regretfully accepted his resignation. Doug Canfield, then vice prseident, is now serving as President of HELP.
HANDICAP RAMP PROJECT

On a cool Friday, several young people from Victory Baptist Church, Ludington, constructed a handicap ramp for an elderly resident of Ludington. The funds for the ramp were provided by a grant from the Community Foundation of Mason County. The group took three days to complete the ramp. Well done young people!

HELPful Cafe open at fairgrounds for the Home Show

The HELPful cafe will be serving simple lunch fare: hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, pop, coffee & maybe chili during the Home Show at the Mason Country fairground this April 30th through May 2nd. If you can help keep the booth open please contact the office. If you get hungry please stop by and support us!
